Here's mine although it probably still needs more thought. 1. Hard to justify opening a whole bottle of wine for one person. 2. Can't figure out how to watch a DVD (in my remote-happy house, sometimes I give up and watch basic broadcast stuff instead) 3. No one to toast with your homemade cocktail (my favorite, tequila & Squirt - good with Mexican food) 4. Coming home to a dark house in winter (Dean usually beats me home). I would bet your Mom could make an even longer list than you could after all her years of experience. Here’s mine although it probably still needs more thought.
