If you order one thing from one catalog, not only do you start getting their catalog on a reglar basis (I swear we get 25 Victoria's Secret catalogs a year) but then they hand your name off to other catalog companies and - voila - more fodder for your recycling bin. It's so sad. So either (1) the retail therapy for the previous owner prevented them from paying the mortgage, or (2) they didn't know how to escape the bulk mail so they just ran away...
