Looks delicious. I actually took pictures of food last week too. I think Megan inspired me. But mine weren't of a beautiful Mama's Fish House dessert - they were of breakfast I made using local Hawaiian produce... yummy... Speaking of your recipe collection, I think Joan Whitney gave you one that is for chicken that is baked with dried onions or something? Would you be wililng to share that one? He will get into it eventually, especially if you start making money from your blog (not that I am, but I'm just saying). Like I posted a few days back, Matthew started taking pictures for me, so I can just enjoy the food! haha I'm proud of you for baking tho! I have high expectations for myself tonight. Grocery shop, prep 1-2 casseroles, bake bread, and cook pumpkin to make pumpkin bread / muffins! woo! (this is because I haven't been shopping in 2 weeks and we do not have much left in the quick to eat department, everything has to be cooked for awhile (like chicken & meals in a box), nothing for lunch or dinners at school! haha haha give Matt some time.
